Personal Boundaries

- Please follow the basic dni criteria. If you are unaware of what this criteria consists of, please search it up on your own terms.- Do not falsely claim to be friends with me or falsely claim that you in personal touch/contact with me.-Fanworks will always be openly welcomed, encouraged and highly appreciated!!! I love to see what people do with my content and creations, as long as they're respectful of my boundaries :)- No sexual nsfw media is permitted to be created of my characters to any extent. Just don’t. At all.- Sexualization of my characters and content to any extent is something that I will not be tolerating at this point in time, and probably will not be tolerating in the future.Gore nsfw is more than fine by me, (as I am a gore artist myself,) as long as it isn't sexualized in any way.- Simping for characters is okay by me, so long as you are responsible about it.- Please do not fandomize my characters/use them as though they are your own!
- This includes using them in roleplays, kinning, selfshipping, inserting them into your own stories without permission or background (such as an active rolelplay with me,) or otherwise identifying with my characters.- Please do not create AI chatbots of my characters!
- At this point in time, I am not comfortable with foreign parties utilizing my characters in such a way of characterization, even if the foreign party is not a real person.- Please don’t make heavily inspired or heavily referenced designs or stories based off of mine.- While I am completely okay with (and honored by) inspired characters and writings based off my own, it makes me uncomfortable to see content that is evidently excessively referenced to mine.- Characters and stories that exhibit the same quirks, personalities, characteristics or overall defining features are a little too much for me, especially when a work exhibits more than one of these defining traits at once.
- (For example, I could not claim someone else’s character is problematic if they are a cat with curly hair. But if they are a heterochromic short cat with curly hair and a scarf, you can see where the issues arise.)
- It’s always better to see the originality of obscurity rather than creating similar characters to match the nature of my familiar content.- You’re welcome to contact me if you’re having issues with originality, I will be more than happy to assist you with development!- If you are interested in making an AU of my stories or characters, please ask me prior to starting development.
- I am more likely to be comfortable with AU's that properly expand on what they are based off of - AU's where characters, stories or concepts are reused and reinserted into different scenarios aren't the type I tend to be comfortable with. Not much is being done to add to the characters, and they are thus being used as though they are no longer my own even though there has been no meaningful change to justify a shared belonging.
- If I decline your prompt, please discontinue any further development, and don't share the AU publicly.- Please always give proper credit if you use my assets in any way!
(Assets referring to that of my objective content (art, writing or animations,) not my intellectual properties (characters, stories and concepts.))
- If my assets are something you wish to use for your own content, please have no hesitation to do so (with proper credit!) Everyone is welcome to consume, reference and manipulate my content however they please (within reason.)
- Reposting my work to other sites is okay as long as proper credit is given!
- To give credit, please simply state which assets of mine were used, and ensure you convey that they were originally created by me directly! For example, “art by OmbraTheFurry on [whatever site you decide to redirect the user to,]” where you would normally add credit in your post.- YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE ANY OF MY ASSETS, SO LONG AS THEY ARE NOT USED FOR:
- NSFW content of any sort
- AI databases or AI/algorithm training purposes
- Profitable/commercial content or uses
- Any malicious content that would otherwise be purposefully harmful to an individual, organization or community
- Overall any kind of malicious use that I would not normally consent to
